The St. Johns County Board of REALTORS supplies us with monthly statistics from REALIST. Below is the latest report showing the sales of homes in St. Augustine.

It appears that the number of Single Family Residential sales in May has increased from those in the previous month but a decrease from April of last year. However, the Median Sale price has increased from last month.

The condominium market has also seen an increase in sales with a decrease in Median Sale price from the previous month.
