I must admit I don't study in depth the Local Market Reports put out by the NAR; and I should.  The wealth of information they provide is consise, to the point and unbiased.  Whether you are looking to see local economic outlook,  the share of total employment by industry within the Jacksonville area compared with th U.S. or  a simple afforabilty chart - the NAR provides it there  for us in one 7 page PDF file.  I know it's hard to ad one more 'must read' item to our lists, but I think this read is well worth it and it can be done on a quarterly basis.  Please follow this link to see the 1st Quarter report for the Jacksonville area.
